Processing to private farming or farmers market producers
We support processing ethically farmed, whole animal orders and are happy to cut and pack these orders into desired proportions. Whether it be to fill the freezer at home, selling direct from the farm gate or at the local farmer’s market.
Our Artisan Butchers have over 80 years’ experience between them.
We can work with you to provide advice on the breakdown of a whole animal and a guideline cut sheet so that we can cut and pack to your requirements and additionally cryovac on request.
Our pricing is very competitive:
BEEF
Kill fee $85 per head (plus gst)
(No charge freight carcass to our store but if its a x-large body there may be a small freight charge to our store)
Bone and pack $1.80kg (plus gst) this includes sausages, burgers and vacuum pack and label. We can freeze for you.

Send your “Shopping List” orders of Meat, Fruit and Veg and Bakery needs and we will deliver your Murnanes Meat order (including Dairy), Fruit & Veg order from Garden of Eden and Bakery items from Thwaites Hot bake. How good is that!
Simply place your meat order here online and in the special comments section, list what you would like to add from Thwaites and Garden of Eden and we will collect your order from both businesses.
