We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours and images of our products that appear online on the Murnanes Country Fresh Meats website. We aim to have our website as up to date and accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or smart device you are viewing our products on will display colour accurately. We do not accept any legal liability connected to the accuracy, completeness or payment of anything contained on this website. We reserve the right, but are not obligated to limit sales of our products or services to any person or geographical region. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time.
Allergens
On our website we have attempted to list all known allergens within the specified product pages. We are happy to disclose all ingredients and allergens to you. However, our production area is not an allergen free environment and therefore we do not guarantee that all items do not contain traces of allergens. We are happy to answer any questions via email, phone or in store.
Liquor licence exemption
Murnanes Country Fresh Meats sells a selection of wine under a “minor Business Exemption”- a liquor licence exemption under Victorian State Law which applies to butchers.
In accordance with this exemption, liquor must be packaged in sealed containers and supplied for off premises consumption. Liquor must not be supplied to a minor. The volume of liquor must not exceed 1.5L per day, per person.
This criteria also applies to the selling of liquor on the Murnanes Country Fresh Meats website and online store.
Order prices/weights may vary from the original cost estimation
Final product weights are only confirmed on completion of orders and as a result, MCFM online ordering weights and pricing is an estimation only. All prices provided are listed in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time, and orders placed will be in accordance with correct prices in store, as website prices may not be up to date. Call before placing an order to confirm pricing. We endeavour to prepare all orders as closely as possible to your request.Therefore, all payments will be finalised after the order has been completed. We will confirm your order over the phone or via email to ensure all requested products are in stock and available.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), Eftpos.

We accept no responsibility for customers/website users maintaining the confidentiality of login details and passwords used for this website.
Murnanes Country Fresh Meats is not liable for any losses suffered due to incorrect information provided by the customer such as incorrect contact information.
We do not keep credit card details on file unless explicitly instructed to do so.
Order processing times
It is preferred that orders are submitted the day before intended pick-up/delivery to ensure enough time to complete the order, Especially if orders also include products from Garden of Eden Fruit Supplies and/or Thwaites Bakehouse. However, if orders are submitted for same-day pick-up or delivery we will do our best to fill them, given the requested products are available and in stock.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made in our own Primesafe accredited Refrigerated Van.

Wednesday and Saturday: Birregurra, Deans Marsh, Pennyroyal, Lorne
Monday and Friday: Cororooke, Warrion and Beeac
All weekdays and Saturdays: Colac, Elliminyt, Barongarook, Yeo
